Yes, ladies and gentlemen, it's back!
With the Class of 2023 now at the NCAA level, it's time for us to shift our focus to the Class of 2024 and attempt to evaluate the best distance recruits throughout the country.
Remember, these lists are for current high school seniors who specialize in the 800 meters and/or higher. We'll also be making updates of our lists after each season of competition! So don't worry if you don't see yourself or a certain individual during this update, everyone will certainly have another chance to crack our top-50 throughout the academic year.
As always, our lists take a wholistic approach. We look at results across all three seasons of competition and also evaluate a few intangibles such as consistency, experience, progression, momentum, range, etc.
And of course, fast times help...a lot.
